PREPARING FOR A HARMONIC EGG® SESSION




A few more important points to know about preparing well for your session in the Harmonic Egg®:


  • A session lasts 75 minutes and consists of the intake, explanation, session and a short discussion.
  • Try to dress as comfortably as possible, preferably only in clothes with natural materials, as synthetic clothes can block the energy flow.
  • We also ask you not to wear perfumes and as little make-up as possible. All metal, including jewelry, gems and crystals, must be removed before the session. Pacemakers and implanted metal are allowed.
  • We also ask that you turn off your phone so that you will not be disturbed.
  • It is absolutely not allowed to use alcohol, drugs or mind-altering/narcotics before a session. If we suspect that you are under the influence of something, the session cannot take place.
  • After the session take the time to rest and recover.
  • Everyone is different, the number of sessions required depends on the goal you want to achieve. Discuss this with your supervisor. Most people need 3-10 visits, with an interval of 1-2 weeks, to achieve good results. We offer 3 Packs, 6 Packs and 10 Packs, as well as subscriptions, with a nice discount. After you have reached the level of well-being you desire, maintenance sessions are recommended.
  • It is strongly recommended not to use alcohol, tobacco, drugs or other narcotics, on the day of your session.
  • Before and after the session you should not do any other energy work for a couple of days as your body has the time needs to properly integrate the session.
  • Try to drink at least 2 liters of water per day for the 5-7 days after the session. A session in the Harmonic Egg® can have a detoxifying effect. If this cannot be drained properly, it can cause discomfort.
  • Come on time. After your session, the next one is scheduled, so we can't delay. If you are late, there is a chance that your session cannot take place that day.
  • You can cancel a session free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. After that, unfortunately we can no longer credit the costs since we have reserved the time for you, but it will then be very difficult for us to complete this session with another customer, also given the fact that we need an intake form two days in advance. 
  • After the session, take your time before getting back in the car, possibly take a short walk in the nature reserve here in the area or enjoy a moment in our beautiful garden.
